Hey everyone!
After some huge techy hiccups I finally managed to get my site back up and running – with a new layout too! As you can tell, there are a bunch of changes for my entire domain so let me break it down for you.
http://www.janicechoi.com – This will be a portal to all the different sites I have, so yes, you can still get to this baking blog from there.
http://www.janicechoi.com/food/ – This is the new URL for my baking blog, now called “Out of the Oven”. I was stuck on finding a name for my site before because it had everything in one place (bio, food and photography) but now that this site is dedicated only to food/baking, I thought that would be representative of what is here
With this new layout, this blog is now split into two sections (besides the “About” page):
Blog – This will be where I post random ramblings about food or baking, and where I may post some updates about the site
Recipes - This is where the posts with recipes will be, in the same format as the posts I had in the previous layout.
The latest Recipes posts will be shown on the main page (with images).
There are still some things I want to implement in this blog but I’m not sure how to go about it yet, such as sorting recipes by difficulty and having thumbnails beside the list of recipes when you click the Recipes link above. Stay tuned – hopefully I can get it working soon!
